20 Jules Court, Bohemia

Accufab Unlimited LLC leased 2,300 square feet of industrial space at 20 Jules Court in Bohemia. Michael Zere of Zere Real Estate Services represented the tenant, while landlord 829 Associates Inc. was self-represented in the lease transaction.

50 Inip Drive, Inwood

Pidy Inc., a pastry maker, leased 18,000 square feet of industrial space at 50 Inip Drive in Inwood. The space was formerly occupied by Chocolagraphy and Pidy plans to use it for manufacturing and warehousing pastry products. Dan Gazzola and Chuck Tabone of Newmark represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, MMC International, in the lease transaction.

 

1 Village Green Way, Patchogue

Affiliated Agency Inc. leased 1,526 square feet in the New Village mixed-use complex at 1 Village Green Way in Patchogue. The insurance agency is relocating from its current Patchogue space on East Main Street. Maria Valanzano and Steven D’Orazio of Colliers International represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, Tritec Real Estate, in the lease transaction.

627 W. Merrick Road, Valley Stream

The Luxe Library Co. leased 1,150 square feet of office space at 627 W. Merrick Road in Valley Stream. James Parnes of Schacker Realty represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, Twin Assets, LLC, in the lease transaction.

 

166-168 Fulton St., Hempstead

MyDoc Urgent Care leased 3,300 square feet of retail space in The Hub shopping center at 166-168 Fulton St. in Hempstead. This will be MyDoc’s second Long Island location and its sixth in the New York metropolitan area. John Wilmarth of Metro Commercial & Business Brokers represented the tenant, while Robert Delavale served as the in-house representative for landlord Breslin Organization in the lease transaction.

 

5 Ruland Road, Melville

Tyrone Obee leased 1,805-square-feet of office space at 5 Ruland Road in Melville. Delilah Obee of Newman Realty represented the tenant, while Jamie Winkler of  Winkler Real Estate represented the landlord, 220 Cottage LLC, in the lease transaction.
